What we treat

Lower Body Pain

Hip and knee pain shows up on the stairs and on the walk back from the car, long before it shows up sitting down.

No referral needed. No injury needed.

Hip pain/sciatica/hip bursitis/psoas strain

Hip pain can affect your ability to walk, exercise, climb stairs, and participate in the activities you enjoy. Whether your symptoms are caused by arthritis, labral injuries, muscle strains, bursitis, or movement dysfunction, we help restore mobility, improve strength, and reduce pain so you can move with confidence.

Knee pain/meniscus injuries/patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner’s knee)/tendon injuries

Knee pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints and can significantly impact daily life. We develop personalized treatment plans to improve function, reduce pain, and help you return to activity.

Ankle & foot pain/plantar fasciitis/ankle sprains & instability

Pain in the ankle or foot can affect every step you take. Whether your symptoms stem from arthritis, tendon injuries, sprains, plantar fasciitis, instability, or overuse injuries, we focus on restoring mobility, strength, balance, and confidence in movement.

What you want to get back to

You want to take a flight of stairs without thinking about it, or walk a mile without looking for somewhere to stop.

Tell us the distance or the staircase you have started avoiding, and the exam starts from there.

The first visit

We examine your hip and your ankle as well as the knee itself, and we compare one side against the other.

You walk for us and step down from a low box, and every measurement goes on paper before we treat anything.

What you leave with

You leave with your findings in plain language and with hands-on treatment already done in that first visit.

The written plan says how many sessions a week you need, and we retest so you watch the numbers move.

Book an evaluation

Leave your number and we will call you back to find a time, since nothing is booked until we speak.

Best time to call

This asks us to call you. No time is booked until we speak.
